2010 Playtex Moonwalk

Ensuring the show could go on, Terrafirma were at Hyde Park in London, where they laid over 400 Dura-Base mats, 3,360 sq m. The Walk The Walk organisers needed to guarantee the parkland was protected, whilst they got on with the logistics of setting up the event, which successfully took place over the weekend.

Following the great success of Moon Walk in Hyde Park, Terrafirma has once again ensured a successful Moon Walk in Edinburgh, supplying the event with 400 Dura-Base mats. Guaranteeing a safe and efficient build up of the event, whilst protecting the Royal Botanic Gardens.

21st and 22nd October 2009 saw us presenting Durabase at The Showmans Show at Newbury showground.

Terrafirma Roadways showed off their Dura-Base matting system to great effect at the 2 day event, we had a fantastic response and great feed back after the show. Of particular note was our display about the Dura-Base Matting in a floating environment! See our Walk on Water page!

As a direct result we are delighted to say that of the companies that attended our stand, IMG hired Dura-Base to protect the grass area in front of the National History Museum for 3 months while their Ice Rink was in operation.
